Post-meal care: recommended ways to brush your teeth

Rinse your mouth after meals!

If there is sugar, bacteria in the mouth will produce acid. Therefore, after eating, first rinse your mouth, remove sugar, and prevent plaque production.

Take the eating grounds of your periodontal pocket with an interdental brush

If you have a lot of skin on your teeth, you may not be able to eat with just a quick rinse of your mouth. If that's the case, use an interdental brush. If you use an interdental brush, if you have blood, there is a strong possibility of tartar adhesion and periodontal disease. I think it's better to go to the dentist once. As far as I know, tartar can only be taken by the dentist. When curing periodontal disease, it is recommended to have a hospital that handles a solution called POIC that is harmless to the human body and peels off biofilms unlike toothpaste.

Including baking soda in your mouth!?

Baking soda is a type of salt that exhibits weak alkalinity (pH = 8) when dissolved in water, and there is no problem in the mouth or drinking. If baking soda is included in the mouth after meals, it is effective to stop demineralization by bringing the pH in the mouth that leans acidicly to neutral. In addition, baking soda has polishability, so it can also serve as brushing to some extent just by rinse the mouth. When using baking soda, choose medicinal or edible products instead of cleaning. If baking soda is included in the mouth, it is good to do it within 20 minutes after meals, which is prone to demineralization.

Oil in your mouth!?

There is a "rinse your mouth with oil" health method derived from the natural remedies of Ayurveda, a traditional Indian medicine called oil pling.

The finish is a negative ion toothbrush

Recently, toothbrushes that provide negative ions in the mouth when brushing with various mechanisms have been released. If you use this, it will be easier to remove plaque, and you will also hear the adjustment of the pH in the mouth. Over-brushing can also shave your teeth too much. If you use a negative ion toothbrush, you can remove plaque just by lightly apply the tip of the hair, so let's perform lightly on the finish. The tip of the hair is soft and it will be just right.

Inter-meal care

Avoid snacking!

When snacking, the pH in the mouth tilts to acidity each time, and the reinactivation of teeth is delayed, and the time of demineralization increases. If you are by all means snacking, we recommend a nut system with a good stomach without taking sugar.

Let's breathe nose!

Remineralization is carried out using calcium and phosphoric acid in saliva in the mouth. For this reason, it is desirable to always have saliva fill the mouth, but if you breathe in the mouth, the mouth will be easy to dry out, so nasal breathing is recommended. Breathe your nose and fill your mouth with saliva.

Care before going to bed

Let's do baking soda!

The oral environment while sleeping is important. Before going to bed, dilute the baking soda in water and go with the verily. This alone improves the oral environment when sleeping. When you wake up, you can see the effect if you check the state of the mouth. It is still good to use the aforementioned nasal breathing together.

So, how was the recommended way to brush your teeth? You're surprised that baking soda and oil are effective, right? If you find cavities, your diet will be negative, so let's take care of your teeth and have a fun diet!
